We hired a vehicle from Visacar and everything went very smoothly from collection to drop off. The service was excellent and Fred in particular ensured we had the right choice of vehicle for our luggage and golf clubs. Definitely will rebook with Visacar when we return to Vilamoura

After reserving a car online we turned up with our confirmation email and where told they have no cars today. The man at the desk was very rude and talked to us like we were scum. I can get over the fact we didn't receive any notification about the lack of cars available after making the reservation, these things happen, but for someone to be so rude was kicking us while we were down.
We rented a car and we got a brand new Opel. Customer service was great you can choose to activate or not the tranponder for the pay toll. They even brought us to our bus stop when we returned the car. I would highly recommend if you're in the area
