Decent and honest company. I have used them on 6 occasions. Cars not brand new but only a year or two old. They have never ripped me off unlike another company at Faro. Totally recommended.
Always a bit sceptical about using a car hire company I haven't used before. If you have the same feeling you need not worry. Located very close to the arrivals Hall outside in p2 car park. Helpful staff, and a very quick process in picking up the vehicle. Car almost brand new and very competitively priced. Will certainly be using this company again! Thanks zit auto
Had a long tern rental from mid December until mid February. Excellent to deal with and very responsive to questions. Will certainly be using them again and recommend to other family and friends.
No problem with the hire car at the time, but (so far) have received 4x fines through the post for unpaid tolls dating back 6 years. A change to T&Cs which wasn't highlighted, and Zit made no attempt to contact and advise before selling the debt to a third party who add PSPSPS admin fees on top!! Was a regular customer but will avoid in future, disappointing.
Just returned the car and unless any surprises afterward they were excellent and will use again. You collect and drop from the car park right next to taxis.they operate from their own car boots which was strange at first but worked well. Great little car at a very fair price. Easy to book and collect / return
Great from start to end, much cheaper than other companies. Car was 2 years old, spotlessly clean, worked perfectly. Price includes insurance. Found them easily in car part 2 which is right opposite where you come out of arrivals, lovely staff. Someone bumped into us from behind during the week, we were instructed by the company to fill forms with the other driver, who admitted blame, arrived back at the airport at the end of our week, no issues, no charges. Perfect
Rented from Zitauto at Faro airport. Will definitely use them again. Experience and price were great. Easy pickup and drop off (even at 7am). Car was nice and staff were very friendly. Their office at FAO is the trunk of a car right at the arrivals area (more convenient than going outside of the airport in my opinion).
My favorite car rental agency. Good prices but you need 3rd party insurance for glass, tires etc. We had a puncture and waited 3 hours for a replacement car but they confirmed it was a simple fix and no charge. We will absolutely use them again. The staff are great in Quarteira.
