Lisboa Rent a car - ANC in Sacavem

MUCHO CUIDADO! Alquilamos con semanas de antelacion un coche de 7 plazas para nuestro viaje de 4 dias. Cuando llegamos a la nave no tenian un coche con las plazas requeridas. Perdimos todo un dia de nuestras mini vacaciones para conseguir la furgoneta de trabajo que usan para recoger los clientes en el aeropuerto (era esto o irnos en dos coches distintos de ruta). Nos sentimos estafadas y, por supuesto, ibamos inseguras por el trato recibido.

I had a terrible experience with Lisboa Rent Car. Despite purchasing their premium insurance, I was unfairly charged 100EUR. The staff was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and downright dishonest. They came across as scammers, making me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, making the entire process frustrating. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and honest car rental service in Lisbon. Avoid them at all costs.

Not a happy customer ,firsly the team at this establishment had no clue how the child lock on our rental worked and took forever to try and figure it out, wasting a substantial amount of our time. Apparently the "engineer" was not available to assist. The car we rented worked well and no complaints there. The surprises came rolling in after we returned the car. We did an inspection with the employees of ANC that cleared us and confirmed everything was fine and we could go. My wife recieved a notification from our bank that we were charged 250 euro from ANC. They contacted us later and claimed a small scratch was caused by us on the inside of the aft doorsill. Typically rentals don't even consider surface nicks like that an issue, also why do an inspection with your customers if you make up your own inspection afterwards? Such a unprofessional situation. We are disputing this with carjet and are also involving our credit card company. Beware that renting with ANC could possibly come with a additional 250 euro fee.

Quick airport pick-up and very friendly staff which had us on the road within 10 minutes.

I cannot prove this rental agency is a scam. Here is a picture of the "damage" for which they're charging me 250 euros. In case you're having trouble spotting it, it's the tiny nicks in the paint above the F and V. Every other rental agency I've used (and I've used plenty) has not counted any damage smaller than a coin. These people will charge you for ANYTHING, including if a pebble hits the hood of the car and nicks the paint. They took pictures of the car before I picked it up but refused to show them to me when I returned it, saying they are not required to. When I picked up the car it was dark and the warehouse was not well lit. I have no idea how I could have possibly noticed anything that small. Nor how I could have understood a contract in a foreign language that contradicted their representative who said that the pictures would be available. Like I said, I cannot prove that this company is a scam but it certainly feels like one to me. At the very least I question the integrity of their business practices. I strongly advise against renting with them.

Super location, voitures neuves, loueur tres professionnel ! Prix ultra attractif je recommande. Ils viennent apparemment de s'implanter a Lisboa (d'ou le local tres peu amenage et le peu de commentaires) et je leur souhaite le meilleur !
