When we left the car everything went fine, however, upon arrival we were waiting at the airport for 45 minutes to be taken back to the car. I dont know what happened... we were not given any justification or prior warning that it would take a while ( Its supposed to be fast..). Update: We were contacted by the company who apologized and wanted to refund the amount we paid. Of course we didnt accept it because the service was done well (the car was in the place we left it). However, the company was concerned about trying to understand what happened and trying, in some way, to compensate the customer.

Atualizacao: Fomos contactados pela empresa que nos pediu imensa desculpa e que nos queria devolver o valor que pagamos. Claro que nao aceitamos porque o servico foi bem efetuado (o carro estava no sitio que o deixamos). We left the car with them for 5 days. A perfect service, as soon as we left we were taken to the airport in a van. On the way back we only had to send them a WhatsApp as soon as the plane landed and they were already looking for us at the same point where they had left us and they had the car already prepared so that the departure would be quick. I left my car on Saturday, February 3rd at this park. The rear view mirrors were as I always leave them open. When I returned on Friday night to pick up the car, around 11pm, I found it strange that the drivers side mirror was still open and the passengers side mirror was completely closed, when I mention again that I left both open. I opened it and left the park towards home. Along the way, I noticed that the rear view mirror was closed and I couldnt see absolutely anything... When I finally arrived home, I got out of the car, and found that the mirror had been completely shattered... I immediately called the company where I left the car and explained I discussed the matter with the employee, who told me not to worry because as I had arrived from a trip, I was supposed to rest and they would call me the next day... they didnt! I called today, explained what happened, spoke to Mr. Pedro, and he told me if it would be the first time he was contacting the company regarding this matter, I said no, I had called the same day to explain what happened . He said he would speak to the owner of the company and then come back and get in touch, so I wouldnt worry... 15 minutes later I received an email from the company informing me that they were in fact closing the rear view mirror to prevent accidents from happening... and as such They werent responsible for the damage... now I ask if that was true, I think they would have done that to the 2 rear view mirrors, not just one, and coincidentally the same as the incident. I ask you to be very careful when placing your cars with this company they are not trustworthy!

Quando regressei na sexta feira a noite para levantar o carro, por volta das 23.00 horas, achei estranho o retrovisor do lado do condutor continuar aberto e o do lado do passageiro estar completamente fechado, quando volto a referir que deixei ambos abertos. Abri o mesmo e sai do parque em direcao a casa. Pelo caminho verifico que o retrovisor que estava fechado nao se conseguia ver absolutamente nada Quando cheguei por fim a casa, saio do carro, e verifico que o retrovisor tinha o espelho todo estilhacado liguei de imediato para a empresa onde deixei o carro e expliquei o assunto ao funcionario, que me disse para nao me preocupar pois como tinha chegado de viagem, era para descansar que eles no dia seguinte me ligavam nao ligaram! Liguei hoje, expliquei o sucedido, falei com o Sr.o Pedro, e ele disse-me se seria a primeira vez que estaria a contatar a empresa devido a este assunto, disse que nao, tinha ligado no proprio dia a explicar o que aconteceu. Ele disse que iria falar com o dono da empresa e depois voltaria e entrar em contato, para nao me preocupar passado 15m recebi um email da empresa a informar que foram eles de facto a colocar o retrovisor fechado para nao acontecer acidentes e como tal nao se responsabilizavam pelos danos agora pergunto se fosse isso mesmo, penso que teriam feito isso para os 2 retrovisores nao so para um, e por coincidencia o mesmo que aconteceu o incidente. Peco muito atencao ao colocarem os vossos carros neste empresa nao sao confiaveis!
