What a perfect service: One call there if they had a certain car available, no need to negotiate any further since the offer was really fair. You get there at the defined time, no need for long discussions, paperwork done, psyment done, keys and instructions received - off you go within 10 minutes. Same for the returning, which was even quicker. The car was nothing incredible, but exactly what we asked for and perfectly suitable for those roads. It took us everywhere safely and with the desired comfort. Not to mention, it was almost brand new and no signs of defects or damages. What a smooth business, which really helped us to explore this beautiful island. Thanks to the staff and their great service! Anytime again!

A very good experience with them. They came to take us from the airport and also brought us back. Initially they said a Renault Clio is available but gave us a Seat Ibiza, which was a good car (~20000km). It was a little bit expensive, but given the time when was rented (Easter)probably this was the reason.

Its impertinent to charge extra fees for a flight delay even though its within opening hours. The inside of the vehicle window was dirty and water splashed at the front didnt work. You dont test something like that right away... I want a neat and functioning vehicle and not an hour checking everything. You should go back to solve this. Thats not how I imagine service. Poor English from the staff

The pick-up and return took place quickly, uncomplicated and friendly. We did the latter ourselves in Funchal. It was completely problem-free! We had a new and nice little Peugeot that got us from A to B well. I just dont understand why rental vehicles like this always have to have so many little bumps?! My God, its like in Germany, right-hand traffic and the same road traffic regulations... We had a short wait for the transfer from the airport, but we got through it successfully. We would book with this landlord again.

The car rental is really great. After we called, we were picked up from the airport very quickly and got our car quickly. After a day we wanted to switch to a slightly larger car, which was really easy and quick. We only had to pay a small extra charge and had a new car within 10 minutes.
