Paulo was very professional and offers great cars. Unfortunately on my trip, another tourist crashed into the back of my car although Paulo was a pleasure to work with during this process and helped me a lot during this hard time. Our experience with this rental car company on Madeira was AVERAGE, because: 1) When we were signing the contact we were pushed to pay extra money for the insurance, that is optional (not mandatory), it costs us extra 15EUR per day. Otherwise we had to leave a deposit of 1860EUR+VAT. On the website and on the screenshot attached below, you can find that there is already basic insurance included that cover damages up to 1800EUR cost. Nowhere was mentioned about deposit. And the ,,mandatory" insurance that we had to pay is optional, check the screenshot of company terms. 2) Prolonged time of taking the car. As the company is small, comparing to goldcar, sicar etc. after we landed we had to wait until someone will come to us and take us to their office. So consider it when booking with express car rental. 3) Checking of the existing damages of the car was too picky, every scratch even almost not visible on the car was noted. After such check we were even afraid to drive the car as if any damage will appear with cost up to 360EUR we had to pay it, as the extra ,,mandatory" insurance cover the costs of damages over 360EUR. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this rental car company until the time they will work on the existing issues and solve them properly. Car was great for such trip, Dacia Sandero Stepway with turbo engine highly recommend for this kind of trip.

We were extremely happy to have rented our car here. The people were extremely likeable and very friendly. The car was fantastic for Madeira. Very modern and a very good price! It was just right for us. We also felt very safe, as the Owner gave us his number and we could have called him at any time if something had happened. There were also some tips on where you could park best to get to know Madeira. We will definitely come back. Thank you very much!

We weren't disappointed, it's the way to go. A company that is client satisfaction oriented. Kind, available, local and the car worked as expected. Very friendly and professional service provided by a local car rental company. Paulo is a really nice gentleman and I couldn't wish for a smoother pick up/ drop off and despite our late night arrival and being enriched with tips how to conquer very steep roads of Madeira we were ready to hit the road within twenty minutes which we much appreciated. Reasonably priced, smooth communication. Overall brilliant service I wouldn't hesitate to go for again on my next trips. Highly recommended .
