Excellent service and communication! We were travelling to Madeira for the first time and chose the rental agency based on the positive reviews, and eventually, we ourselves made sure they are all trustworthy and even more! Everything was efficient. No deposit needed and you can even book without a credit card. The whole process was super fast and easy. It's the best car rental experience I've had so far. We rented a car for 6 days in Madeira. We chose the pick up option and the car was brought to us near our accomodation in Funchal. First of all, the car was in excellent condition, almost new I'd say. Tania, the owner, is such a cute person, she gave us bags for shopping, waters, and even tips on how to explore the island and where to look for info. The drop off was at the same location and everything went smoothly. I chose this company because there was no need for a credit card, no deposit, and we also had full insurance, and the price was very good. If you ever want to rent a car in Madeira, I really recommend this company, you won't regret it!

Amazing, the car was new with a very nice welcome kit (umbrella, shopping bag, sunshade, and even a picnic blanket). The service was perfect: Tania was at the airport when we landed and already waiting for us when we were leaving. She is super nice, always available for advice and a good chat! Super recommended!

It is nice family company with nice car and really good service - fluent pick-up and drop-off. Prices were better, than big rental companies. I did little survey. Some companies did not offer actual trouble free full insurance. I like vacation, where I not have to worry about car. My wife liked little things how Tanya took care of us. I recommend.

The price of renting a car was low (if not of the lowest I've found), the conditions were simple and they don't require having a credit card. An amount of deposit wasn't excessive and shouldn't freeze all your funds. Their website is clear and quite well designed. The car I rented was new, clean, and well functioning, which is crucial on demanding roads of Madeira. It was also equipped with an umbrella and a picnic blanket. I was informed about the minor scratches on the car, which is a good practice and put my mind at ease as I knew none of them were caused by me while returning it. I could hand the car back at the airport-another convenience. What's surprised me was that I was gifted with hats, Madeira wine along with Madeira Cake (bolo de mel), for which I'm grateful to Tania since it saved me from hunger in the mountains (those things are in the photos). That was really nice of her. So when it comes to customer service, it was excellent. Tania was very kind and open to help. Overall, this is the company I'd recommend anyone to rent a car from while visiting Madeira, especially if you like supporting local family businesses.
