I have nothing negative to say, everything was perfect from the start to the end! We didn't book in advance and just walked in and the staff were very nice and helpful. The price is reasonable and the car we got was in a perfect condition (there was no problem and it was very clean - both from outside and in the inside). The staff were helpful even throughout the rental as they sent us a few tips where we could have a lunch/snack. I would highly recommend this car rental, that's why they deserve 5/5

We reserved our car online, through the company's official website. Someone contacted us to confirm the reservation and provided detailed instructions about the pickup point. Everything was really smooth, it probably took around 5 minutes to pick up and another 5 minutes to drop off the car. The car itself was in great shape with around 13k KM and it served us really well in exploring the island. Book with confidence. We'll use the service again for sure when we'll return to Madeira.

Before we arrived and before handing over the car, we received video assistance on where the repair point was, and everything went smoothly. They respond to messages almost immediately, no matter what. Dropping off the car took 5 minutes, picking it up approx. for 10 minutes. Rented a class c vehicle and got a Opel Corsa for a week - with the car delivered and dropped off at the airport. Really helpful instructions were provided to ensure this ran smoothly. The car itself was very new and in good condition. When I was shopping around for car hire companies in Madeira I was a bit overwhelmed at first and didn t want to pay a huge deposit and wanted an option to pay extra insurance incase anything happened. This company offers this service at an affordable price. When I return to Madeira again I will 100% use this company and will be suggesting it to family and friends. Everything went great. They are very kind, fast and accurate. The car was strong, in good condition, almost new. I asked for the car to the accommodation, which was brought exactly to the minute. There was no deposit, no credit cards. We also asked to extend the reservation by one day. It was also easy on Whatsapp. I highly recommend them if you visit Madeira! They didnt get stuck on anything when they took it back either. Thank goodness nothing happened. In Madeira, people approach each other skillfully. I have to bring it!
