It was the first time I have ever rented a car somewhere and we chose this rental place for its reviews / price / car pool. The overall experience was wonderful and the communication with the main person was clear and understandable. After we arrived, the car was ready in 15 minutes and it was provided with additional information about the car. Any scratch on the car was shown by the owner and it was also listed in provided documents. The insurance works perfectly - I had an accident with parking where I accidentally scratched the right side of our car with the wall and there wasn't any additional payment. Price is also with the insurance. If I would come back on mailers, I would rent a car here for sure (but maybe a bit better car ) be careful about the engines of some car, because the hills are sometimes insane. All in all you can drive the highest mountain pretty fine but some views could be missed because of that.

We rented volkswagen up for 10 days with picking up and dropping off at the airport. The car was very clean and had a phone holder that was very useful for us. No deposit and credit card. Full insurance was included in the price. We managed to arrive all sites in Madeira by this car but I would say on some roads I felt that the car had lack of power. It s not a problem for this price. I d highly recommend the company and the car.

We had a Skoda Scala with an automatic transmission and were very satisfied. The car can get up all roads without any problems and is modernly equipped (reversing camera, sensors, car play ). The car was also very clean and in good condition. The handover was uncomplicated and punctual and the car was brought to us at the hotel. The employees were also friendly and communication was good. If you had any problems you could always get in touch. Good value for money and overall highly recommended.

I would particularly like to highlight the excellent communication via WhatsApp. Although no Skoda Scala was originally available, another vehicle was quickly and easily activated upon request. The handover and return of the car was punctual and uncomplicated. The vehicle was clean, in perfect condition and relatively new. The integrated Android Carplay was particularly practical and helped us a lot with navigating with Google Maps. I can highly recommend the car rental company to everyone - it made our stay in Madeira even better. It was really fun!
