We rented a motorhome in a very good shape, looked like a new. It was really comfortable to ride it and sleep in it. We were 5 adults and motorhome class II DKG was ideal for us. A lot of cabinets to put things, clothes and food in and also matresses was big enough and really comfortable. We read so many bad reviews on other rental companies before our trip, so we were glad to find reliable one and I have to emphasize their approach, they were very friendly and showed us how everything works so we knew it from firsts moments. We were driving through all south coast and then on the west coast to Lisbon so we tried many campsites and beautiful places. I really recomment this awesome experience with Camperline motorhomes to everyone.

We had a scratch on the door and side window. They charged us with full replacement of all parts instead of repairs (full door, window, etc). There were scratches only. Also, didn't send us the insurance paperwork as per the contract. Took our 2k deposit without permission. Did not provide a valid invoice/quote for the repairs stated. Fishy scamming business. Stay away from them.

It was our first experience in a motorhome. We were satisfied with the trip. The house was very clean. Everything is convenient. The guys told how to use communications, and how to run everything. Recommended. And a special thank you for finding my stylus a week after returning the motorhome. I'm happy!

After travelling with several hired campervans, Camperline proved to tbe the awseomest company, regarding profesionalism and impeccable service

This place was incredible. A great price and it was such a modern and clean van when we collected it. We rented it for 11 days and had such an incredible time travelling in it. We had an issue with the fridge switching off but when we messaged her, she replied instantly with videos on how to fix it. She was UNBELIEVABLY kind and helpful! She gave such a thorough explanation of how the van worked and even the best tips to driving it which was SO helpful! Would 100% recommend going through her, incredible service!

We had the most amazing time touring Portugal for 2 weeks- hiking , surfing, exploring, eating, drinking and visiting beautiful towns, cities, villages and beaches. Carmen was absolutely brilliant , completely professional and very helpful on the lead up to and during our trip. She made it stress-free! Camperlines motor home was in perfect condition with everything working to a high standard. Super easy to drive and everything compact. We were in Portugal from 27th of June until 7th of July 2022. We rented a Van from Camperline and were greatly satisfied. Communication was fast and all Promises were kept. We had a Weinsberg 600 with 2 Bunk Beds. Vehicle was in good Condition with one small Flaw: Darkening in Dinette was a bit notchy. The Rest worked as it should. Pickup at Porto Airpor was easy and on Time, took about 30 Minutes (it was not our first Campervan). We drove from Porto to Faro and then back to Lisboa. Dropoff in Lisboa was easy, they called us a Cab back to Airport (took about 20 Minutes to get there) and the Deposit came back about a Week later, after all Road tolls were charged. We had a great Time in Portugal. Thumb up, we would definitely do it again and appreciated the good and professional Service.

We've rented a motorhome for a week in August 2018. We can't say for sure that the scuffs on the stickers was our fault, but regardless Camperline deducted 289EUR for the "repairs", which seems rather excessive for a couple of replacement stickers...from reading other comments it seems to be common practice by the company to overcharge for repairs. We probably won't be using their services again. (felt like we've been lightly abused)
