They say they are available to solve any problem but it is just bullshit. I was deceived by this authorized repairer where I was a customer for 13 years and I will have to bear the loss for not being able to wait any longer to carry out the repair. For this authorized repairer, it is normal for a dual-mass flywheel to last less than 20,000km, less than a service... ridiculous... a repair that they themselves budget at more than 2,700... The original one lasted 200,000km. .. This is the second one that was probably poorly assembled, the first one lasted 40,000 km until the car was towed to change the dual-mass engine. Now they refused to cover the repair under the warranty that they told me was 2 years (bullshit), because for this repairer, a dual-mass engine reaching the end of its life after 20,000km in about a year is normal. Probably due to the defect or having been poorly assembled, a clutch completely wore out in 60,000 km, something that 20,000 km ago should have been predictable, but quietly they just changed the dual-mass one with the beautiful result that you can see now, bad luck for me... avoid these pseudo-brand workshops. I have already complained about this repairer to the brand and they propose to reimburse 20% of the parts and 15% of the labor for a repair that should be covered by warranty...

Fui enganado neste reparador autorizado onde fui cliente durante 13 anos e vou ter de arcar com o prejuizo por nao poder aguardar mais tempo para fazer a reparacao. Para este reparador autorizado e normal um volante bi-massa durar menos de 20.000km, menos de uma revisao... ridiculo.... uma reparacao que eles proprios orcamentam em mais de 2.700 ... O de origem durou 200.000km... Este ja e o segundo que provavelmente foi mal montado, o primeiro durou 40.000 km ate o carro ir de reboque para trocar o bi-massa. Agora recusaram-se a cobrir a reparacao pela garantia que me indicaram ser de 2 anos (tretas), pois para este reparador um bi-massa chegar ao fim de vida ao fim de 20.000km em cerca de um ano e normal. Provavelmente por pelo defeito ou ter sido mal montado desgastou uma embraiagem na totalidade em 60.000km algo que ha 20.000km ja deveria ter sido previsivel, mas caladinhos trocaram apenas o bi-massa com o resultado lindo que se ve agora para azar meu... fujam destas oficinas de pseudo-marca. Ja reclamei deste reparador a marca e propoem comparticipar 20% das pecas e 15% da mao de obra de uma reparacao que deveria estar coberta por garantia...

Both times I had to ask how much longer the car would stay in the parking lot waiting for it to be serviced after washing. Not to mention that contact to collect the vehicle is made 2 hours before closing . At the time of the complaint I am sitting at the workshop reception waiting for them to decide to inspect the car.

Pela segunda vez consecutiva que faco a revisao na Peugeot de Setubal. E pelas duas vezes o carro fica um dia inteiro la sendo que da primeira vez a marcacao era das 8h e na segunda vez a das 9h. Ambas as vezes tive que perguntar quanto tempo mais o carro ia ficar no estacionamento a espera que entrasse para a revisao depois da lavagem.
