Sem duvida um pessimo servico, apos ter solicitado a minha companhia de seguros uma viatura de substituicao por a minha ter ido para reparar a mesma indicou-me esta loja. Ao me dirigir a mesma disseram-me que necessitavam de uma caucao de 100EUR, a qual nao me opus, depois de tudo preenchido pediram-me cartao de credito, ao qual disse nao usar, a funcionaria ligou a superior de nome Ana Teixeira questionando a mesma se podia autorizar o cartao Revolut ou um de debito, o qual recusou. Ninguem me conseguiu explicar o porque da caucao ter de ser em cartao de credito visto que era uma caucao. Falei com a minha seguradora e solicitei (por necessitar) um carro de categoria inferior, o qual tambem era necessario uma caucao de 100EUR mas agora com cartao de debito. Qual nao foi o meu espanto que o contrato realizado foi para uma viatura superior (a qual tinha pedido inicialmente) realizando o pagamento com cartao de debito mas recebendo um carro inferior o qual nao tinha caucao. Parece bizarro eu sei, mas nunca me souberam explicar qual a diferenca entre uma caucao de 100EUR em cartao de credito ou debito, pois uma coisa seria pedirem-me um cartao de credito com limite de 2000/3000EUR e entendo, agora nada disso foi feito, apenas exigindo a tal caucao, e as funcionarias nao sabem explicar e dizem estar a receber ordens e para eu remeter reclamacao a pessoa acima. A caucao saiu logo da minha conta, tudo bem, entreguei o carro em tempo util e disseram-me que a caucao seria devolvida no prazo maximo de 48h, questoes interbancarias, ok. no entanto ja passaram mais que 48h e nada e ninguem me sabe dar respostas. De referir que o carro vinha todo sujo, por dentro e fora, tive a oportunidade de ver outros clientes em que os carros demoraram a serem entregues e a serem limpos pelas funcionarias que estavam no atendimento no balcao. Enfim, muito mau servico, pessima postura. Ja tive outras rent cars que paguei a devida caucao por carros de elevada cilindrada e sem este tipo de complicacoes. Nao aconselho esta rent a car. Pessima escolha!!
Without a doubt a terrible service, after asking my insurance company for a replacement car because mine had gone to be repaired, they recommended this store to me. When I went there they told me that they needed a deposit of EUR100, which I didn't object to, after everything was filled out they asked me for a credit card, which I said I wouldn't use, the employee called her superior named Ana Teixeira asking she could authorize the Revolut card or a debit card, which she refused. No one could explain to me why the deposit had to be on a credit card since it was a deposit. I spoke to my insurance company and requested (because I needed it) a lower category car, which also required a deposit of EUR100 but now with a debit card. What was my surprise that the contract carried out was for a superior vehicle (which I had initially requested) making payment with a debit card but receiving an inferior car which had no deposit. It seems bizarre, I know, but I was never able to explain the difference between a EUR100 deposit on a credit or debit card, as it would be one thing if they asked me for a credit card with a limit of EUR2000/3000 and I understand, now none of that it was done, just demanding the deposit, and the employees don't know how to explain it and say they are receiving orders and for me to send the complaint to the person above. The deposit was immediately taken out of my account, everything was fine, I delivered the car in good time and they told me that the deposit would be returned within a maximum period of 48 hours, interbank issues, ok. However, more than 48 hours have passed and nothing and no one can give me answers. It should be noted that the car was dirty, inside and out, I had the opportunity to see other customers where the cars took a long time to be delivered and to be cleaned by the employees who were working at the counter. Anyway, very bad service, bad attitude. I've had other rental cars where I paid the due deposit for cars with a large engine capacity and without these types of complications. I do not recommend this rent a car. Bad choice!!
Um pessimo servico ao nivel de atendimento do balcao, Funcionarias nao aptas para atendimento ao publico, sem qualquer tipo de educacao ou formacao. NAO RECOMENDO

Ter muita atencao!!!! Fotografar todo o veiculo, pois os funcionarios desta estacao e provavelmente de todas, nao sao honestos. Nao informam de que se deve de ver o carro (ver a lupa), entregam documento da vistoria em branco para assinar, e no momento da entrega da viatura em qualquer estacao, fica-se sem a caucao.
Pay close attention!!!! Photograph the entire vehicle, as the employees at this station, and probably at all, are not honest. They do not inform you that you need to see the car (look under a magnifying glass), they give you a blank inspection document to sign, and when you hand over the vehicle at any station, you are left without the deposit.
Worst renting car. I booked online at 19. The same day of the pick up, by chance, I found out the place closes at 19. Living in Lisbon I was obviously late. They complained it was our fault that we didn't rent directly with them. Why did they accept our request at first? Never got an answer. We paid an uber to get there as fast as we could, money we were supposed to not pay. We reached the place at 18.55. When we arrived, we had some issues with the name on the booking and we needed to call the support line to fix it. The problem? Support line closes at 19 as well, and when the issue came out, it was already 19.15. The only solution offered? To add additional drivers that we had to pay by ourselves. I filled the book of complaint and we never received any messages or contact details from the manager. Everything was the opposite of trying to understand and helping the customer. Editing this review because the reply is unbelievable. The pick up time on the email we received is at 19.00. The same time you already close. So technically if we arrive there on time at 19, you are already closed. So why did they accept the booking at 19 at first? You could simply say "at 19 we are closed, pick up should be at 18.30". Second point is that nobody is complaining about the cost I had to pay for my mistakes. I'm complaining because the first answer offered was "call the support line" but the support line was already close. What kind of reply is? Are you like joking? No logic, no common sense and no support for the customer. Everything because the lady wanted to go home, that I 100% understand. But it was your fault at the beginning to have accepted the booking in your closing time.
CROOKS - STAY AWAY This by far is the worst company I rented from in Portugal They did not provide a car that was even close to our reservation and when we asked to change they offered us a refund - but only partial and not offering to return the deposit we made when we reserve the car STAY AWAY
Possibly the worst car rental firm I have ever had the misfortune to come across. We booked (and paid for) a car for a Saturday morning...in September As I had to get to the airport before 1230 to pick up my wife from a long haul flight. I waited there for most of the morning.... No one had bothered to turn up by 1130am (possibly all sleeping off a heavy night?) .... So in the end I had to make a mad dash for the train station to meet my wife.... Needless to say it was an hassle dragging the suitcases back by public transport! When we went back on the Monday morning to ask for a refund.... We were met by indifference and rudeness!! Needless to say it took months of emails and requests to finally get a full refund! ........ Avoid this company at all costs! .... Utterly useless... And possibly dangerous.... (we have been going to nearby Guerin car rental ever since.... And have found their service to be friendly and faultless!)
