The woman who works here, is very friendly and goes the extra mile to help out and explain everything! I'm very satisfied with the customer service. The truck was in good shape and worked perfect. Good price as well! Will come here if I need a truck again. Ps: I read some of the negative reviews and I could not disagree more. Maybe it's from entitled people who don't know how to talk to other fellow humans? Working in the service industry I know how entitled people can be.
Onze ervaring kan alleen maar als fantastisch beschreven worden. Tatiana heeft ons uiterst professioneel en hartelijk behandeld. Op een zeer korte tijd heeft ze een auto voor ons kunnen regelen (Audi A1 ). Ze spreekt ook perfect Engels, een echte topper. Tijdens onze reis konden we altijd terecht bij haar voor vragen (tijdens kantooruren, natuurlijk ) EuropCar kan trots zijn met haar als reprensentante voor hun bedrijf.
Our experience can only be described as fantastic. Tatiana treated us extremely professionally and cordially. She was able to arrange a car for us in a very short time (Audi A1). She also speaks perfect English, a real winner. During our trip we could always contact her for questions (during office hours, of course ) EuropCar can be proud to have her as a representative for their company.
Pessimos atendimento, funcionaria arrogante, mal educada e pouco seria - evitar. Vou passar a explicar o que sucedeu para fazer esta critica: No dia 16 de setembro de 2024, recebi uma mensagem da minha seguradora as 9h30 para para levantar uma viatura as 10h30 na Europcar de Torres Novas, como nao tive oportunidade a essa hora, pois nao me encontrava perto e tinha o meu carro avariado, cheguei as 12h40 (20 minutos antes do encerramento para almoco) ,a funcionaria com arrogancia e antipatia recusou-se a atender-me pois fechava as 13h, so entregava os carros ate as 12h30 e o carro tinha ido para lavar - so o poderia levantar as 14h30 na melhor das hipoteses, pois alegou que teria de ter chegado na hora marcada pela companhia (10h30) e o carro ja nao estava la. Como sou de longe, perguntei se havia forma de me facilitar, esta negou, pois tinha que fechar as 13h (mais tarde, soube que a senhora tinha um almoco de aniversario) e disse que nao sabia se o meu cartao bancario iria servir (pois teria de o deixar com a rent a car - o que me causou estranheza - e nao aceitavam qualquer cartao), pedi livro de reclamacoes e a mesma recusou. Com a minha insistencia e da minha mulher, esta cedeu e deu-me o livro, mas disse-me que so poderia escrever ate as 13h, apos isso, teria de sair. Quando chegou as 13h, e depois de varias comentarios arrogantes e quase insultuosos enquanto fazia a reclamacao, disse-me ou eu saia ou fechava-me dentro da loja, eu disse que iria acabar a reclamacao e so sairia nessa altura. Perante ameaca disse para chamar a policia. Assim o fez. Acabei a reclamacao as 13h05. Nessa altura, a senhora saiu da loja foi ter com uma senhora que se estava num carro no exterior e deixou-me dentro da loja sozinho, para nao estar dentro da loja, dirigi-me para a entrada e a senhora nessa altura foi ao meu encontro e empurrou-me para fora. Quando eu disse que nao o podia fazer (empurrar) e agarrei na porta que ela fechava contra mim, disse a senhora do exterior que eu a tinha agredido e disse-lhe que ela seria minha testemunha contra mim, quando a senhora nem estava a olhar e eu nem lhe toquei . A policia chegou e cada um de nos deu a sua versao. Pelo que percebi ha cameras dentro da loja e num banco proximo que podem corroborar que nao toquei na senhora e a minha versao. A seguradora tambem me informou que a hora que me foi dada , era a hora apartir da qual poderia levantar o carro. Por isso, aconselho evitar ir a esta rent a car, caso nao queiram ter problemas como estes .

Tuve una experiencia excelente alquilando un coche con Europcar. Me entregaron un vehiculo en perfectas condiciones, super cuidado y con muy poco kilometraje. El coche se comporto de maravilla durante todo el viaje, proporcionandome una conduccion comoda y segura. Ademas, quiero destacar la atencion de Tatiana. Fue increiblemente simpatica, atenta y profesional en todo momento. Su servicio al cliente no pudo ser mejor. Sin duda, volvere a alquilar con Europcar en el futuro. !Gracias por una experiencia tan positiva!
I had an excellent experience renting a car with Europcar. They gave me a vehicle in perfect condition, super careful and with very low mileage. Funcionaria de uma arrogancia impar para a posicao de recepcionista, num negocio como este terao que rever valores da marca. Nao cumprimenta clientes, fica falando o horario que ela tem que ir embora , sendo que tinha uma pessoa a frente , entao se chegou dentro do horario a culpa nao e do cliente ... falando que o dono disse que se o cliente estiver na loja e for 18:30 e para fechar e mandar voltar no outro dia . Local a evitar...
