Servico ao cliente pessimo. Entrei em contacto via telefonica para resolver a seguinte questao: - A companhia de seguros prorrogou o meu seguro, aumentaram os dias de aluguer... E necessario uma nova guia? Depois de 8 chamadas e 20min de chamadas nao vi resolvida a questao. Das 3 vezes que atenderam a chamada mandaram-me esperar e depois a chamada caiu passado uns minutos sendo que uma das vezes disseram-me que iam passar para o balcao que tinha levantado o carro (Torres Vedras) mas passaram a chamada para o balcao de Leiria. Com isto, fico ainda nao tenho a resposta. Nota: no dia que levantei o carro, pedi o contacto telefonico do balcao e deram-me a resposta que se precisasse de alguma coisa tinha que ser com a central. Acontece que a central nao funciona bem.
