While I was staying in Ericeria I got sick and was taken to hospital by ambulance to Torres Vedras. After I left the hospital, I wanted to get back to my accommodation but there were no buses, uber or taxis. While I was walking through the city I randomly found this car rental. They did not have any cars available immediately but hearing my story, they offered me a transfer for EUR50 to get back, which I found a fair deal considering the situation. It is a family run business and the daughter about my age drove me back and we had fun chats on the way. Since it was my first ambulance experience and happened in a foreign country, and not being able to get back home, I am so thankful for them for helping me out. Next time in Portugal I will get a car from your place and recommend for everyone, since they are nice people running the business. :) Thank you for helping me and finding solution. :)

O que inicialmente foi um atendimento agradavel e cheio de certezas, se tornou um experiencia extremamente desagradavel e confusa. Tinhamos marcado de ja recolher o veiculo com 1 dia de antecedencia com um dos funcionarios (por sugestao do proprio e por conta da casa), e ao ir recolher o veiculo, a pessoa que nos atendeu foi mal educada pedante e cheia de reservas. Me pareceu de certa forma que estavamos ali a prestar um servico ao inves de utilizar os servicos da loja. No final das contas ela queria nos cobrar um calcao de mais do que o dobro do valor do aluguer. O valor para 3 dias com o veiculo seria 330EUR e a senhora queria nos cobrar 700EUR de calcao. Por fim deixei o estabelecimento com um descrenca de encontrar qualquer servico de qualidade neste ramo em Torres Vedras, que ja tem acumulado varios outros setores de servicos com a mesma politica.
What was initially a pleasant service full of certainty, turned into an extremely unpleasant and confusing experience. We had arranged to collect the vehicle 1 day in advance with one of the employees (at the suggestion of the employee and at the expense of the house), and when we went to collect the vehicle, the person who helped us was rude, pedantic and full of reservations. It seemed to me in a way that we were there providing a service instead of using the store's services. In the end, she wanted to charge us more than twice the rental price. The cost for 3 days with the vehicle would be EUR330 and the lady wanted to charge us EUR700 for shorts. Finally, I left the establishment with disbelief that I would find any quality service in this sector in Torres Vedras, which has already accumulated several other service sectors with the same policy.
