Very upsetting. I got a substitute car from my leasing company. I realized that the tires were not in good shape, putting in risk the safety of customers. Not acceptable. Tight controls on cost but no control on customer safety features. Attendant service was good.

A Turiscar tem novo horario desde Julho de 2023 e o Google nao actualiza, abre as 09:00 fecha as 13:00 abre as 14:00 e fecha as 18:00. Por favor confirmem no site da marca. Obrigado

Hoje tinha reserva de um carro atraves do seguro pelo tempo de reparacao da minha viatura. Ao proceder ao levantamento, foi -me solicitado 3 documentos, sendo um, o cartao de multibanco, para exclusivamente, fazer o pagamento da caucao e depois o respectivo credito desse mm valor na entrega da viatura. Foi impossibilitado o levantamento da viatura, so porque esse dito cartao, que utilizo ha anos, esta nome do meu conjuge, mas a conta e o movimento da conta e meu. Portanto fiquei sem viatura, que me complicou muito o meu quotidiano, uma vez que trabalho por turnos, fora do horario de transportes, por um documento que so a mim pertence e so eu que utilizo. Nao percebi esta exigencia. Futuras necessidades nao requisitarei este rent a car.
Today I had booked a car through insurance for the time it took to repair my car. When proceeding with the pick-up, I was asked for 3 documents, one being the ATM card, to exclusively pay the deposit and then credit that amount upon delivery of the vehicle. It was impossible to collect the vehicle, just because this card, which I have been using for years, is in my spouse's name, but the account and the movement of the account is mine. Therefore, I was left without a vehicle, which made my daily life very complicated, since I work shifts, outside of transport hours, using a document that belongs only to me and only I use. I didn't understand this requirement. I will not request this rental car for future needs.
1 hora para me entregarem um veiculo. Pessoas a espera desesperadas pois tem compromissos e so ha uma pessoa atender e a entregar veiculos. Depois as informacoes nao sao passadas corretamente.
1 hour to deliver a vehicle to me. People wait desperately because they have appointments and there is only one person to attend and deliver vehicles. Then the information is not passed correctly.
Nao tem bom atendimento. Entregaram o carro sujo, todo riscado, nao nos entregaram um carro equivalente ao nosso, quando o deveriam ter feito e nem sequer tiveram gentileza de se desculpar.
It doesn't have good service. They delivered the dirty car, all scratched up, they didn't give us a car equivalent to ours, when they should have done so and they didn't even have the courtesy to apologize.
Staff very polite and friendly.
