Infelizmente, tenho de o alertar contra a locadora. Nao ha contacto com eles quando se tem algum problema com o carro, deixam o cliente em paz. Alem disso, infelizmente, apos o termino do contrato de arrendamento, o dinheiro comecou a desaparecer do meu cartao cujo deposito estava bloqueado! Nao faco ideia porque, nao tenho contacto com a loja de aluguer, nao respondem as minhas perguntas sobre o que se passa. Eu aviso-te e desaconselho fortemente

Depois de aqui ter escrito uma critica negativa, fundamentada em fatos, a empresa respondeu que estava disponivel para uma resolucao justa, o que parece simpatico. Depois de 3 contatos, afinal nao ha resposta, o que reforca a ideia de que a empresa age de ma fe, e muita estrategia de Marketing. Foto de como nos foi entregue o carro e nao reconhecem, apesar das testemunhas e reclamacoes.
After writing a negative review here, based on facts, the company responded that it was available for a fair resolution, which seems nice. After 3 contacts, there was no response, which reinforces the idea that the company acts in bad faith and uses a lot of marketing strategy. Photo of how the car was given to us and they don't recognize it, despite witnesses and complaints.
A nossa experiencia e muito negativa. Com testemunhas posso dizer que nos entregaram um carro com danos pouco visiveis (garantindo que nao precisavamos de ver por ser novo) e depois verificamos esses danos e apesar de reclamar foram nos cobrados. Nao e uma empresa de bem
Our experience is very negative. From witnesses I can say that they gave us a car with barely visible damage (assuring that we didn't need to see it as it was new) and then we checked the damage and despite complaining we were charged. Not a good company

They managed to get me out of trouble at the last minute, in less than 30 minutes I had a car and ready to go, super friendly service!
Lamentavelmente a ultima reserva nao correu bem e estive a espera que me entregassem o carro cerca de 40 minutos. Falta de pessoal. Anteriormente o carro era nos entregue no aeroporto agora ja nao o fazem e nao nos informaram. Era cliente ja a algum tempo mas nao volto a reservar nesta companhia. A qualidade preco ja nao se justifica.
Unfortunately, the last reservation did not go well and I waited for around 40 minutes for the car to be delivered to me. Lack of staff. Previously the car was delivered to us at the airport, now they no longer do so and they did not inform us. I have been a customer for some time now but I will not book with this company again. The price quality is no longer justified.
After i returned back home the company sent me a link and asked me to pay for the toll fees which i did straight awyay. Few hours later they used my credit card without authorization and took the same amount again. Despite they promised to solve it it's been 48 hours without updates and they're now ignoring me. Be very careful if you've given them your creditcard details because the company can use it without your authorization. I'm going to have to raise a dispute with my credit card provider if they don't solve it in the next few days.
