No nos avisaron que ya no nos entregaban el coche en el aeropuerto y eso que llame antes para asegurarme ya que ibamos a Tenerife con ninos en un vuelo muy temprano, esperamos a que nps recogieran mas de media hora, ademas a la vuelta nos dejaron por fuera del aeropuerto por no entrar al parking. El chico que te lleva y trae al aeropuerto Norte de Tenerife un encanto, profesional y servicial. Pero la atencion de las oficinas pesima y no me han contestado a mi peticion de hoja de reclamaciones por cambiar las condiciones de contratacion sin aviso
They did not notify us that they would no longer deliver the car to us at the airport and I called before to make sure since we were going to Tenerife with children on a very early flight, we waited for nps to pick them up for more than half an hour, and on the way back they left us for outside the airport for not entering the parking lot. The guy who takes you and brings you to the North Tenerife airport is charming, professional and helpful. But the attention from the offices is terrible and they have not responded to my request for a complaint form for changing the contract conditions without notice.

Pessimo atendimento, vendedor nao soube responder uma pergunta simples sobre o carro, e nem se dispos a procurar. Nao fez questao de me atender, estava com o dinheiro em mao para comprar o carro, mas como fui mal entendido, fui procurar outros Stand.
Terrible service, seller didn't know how to answer a simple question about the car, and wasn't even willing to look for it. He didn't insist on helping me, he had the money on hand to buy the car, but as I was misunderstood, I went looking for other stands.
