I had a nice experience with the contact and explanation of costs. I definitely would contact this company again.
Excellent price/quality ratio. Friendly service and flexible hours
We had the best experience with this family-based car rental company! The daughter spoke perfect English, making communication incredibly easy. She was always available to answer any questions we had and responded instantly. The father went above and beyond by personally delivering the car to our hotel, which made the process so convenient. Their service was exceptional, and they truly made our trip stress-free. Highly recommend! Daniel
Fast, flexible and very kind. Rented a car for the day to explore the island. Got a C3 that we were very happy with. Would recommend!
Wish there was more than 5 stars to give! We had planned to get a scooter which was unable to happen and left us a bit lost - we were recommended to Ilha do sol - we turned up with no reservation and Odelia and her Dad saved the day! Super easy, super friendly, the most straight forward, seamless rental we've ever had. 100% recommend - thank you!
We lost a bag on a flight and had too much trouble trying to get a car from any of the rental companies in the airport (they're very difficult to reach on Sunday) when Odilia saved what otherwise was shaping up to be a bad day. She drove us from the airport to the car we would rent and along the way she talked us through how to work with the airline to recover the bag from her own experience (we ended up recovering the suitcase). The price we paid for the rental was easily the most affordable of any of the 5 islands we visited during our stay in the Azores. It was also a huge plus that they were the only ones we found on the island that had an automatic transmission car readily available the same day. How often do you get the best service for the best price? Proof that small businesses offer a special level of service you just can't get elsewhere.
We rented a cheap electric car with 135e for four days +50 for the insurance. Perfect service. They bring the car to the marina and collect it from there. The car works well.
Got a Citroen C3 like new from Jaime, spotlessly clean, hassle free pickup and return. Just wanted to mention one thing that was a bit unexpected for me - when picking up the car I was told that the tank is full but the fuel gauge is stuck somewhere close to almost full. Being late in the evening, I accepted this and went on my way, expecting to be something like a trick that was mentioned on another rental companies I used in the past. I had the trip computer reset, and before returning the car, at fuel station I fueled only with a few liters, as indicated by trip computer. When turning on the car, the fuel gauge showed full tank, so it was indeed stuck, as Jaime said. It was first time it happened to me in lots of years of driving to see a stuck fuel indicator, so that's why I decided to write this long digression.
