Took a Kia Picanto for a week. Guys were very nice - they drove the car to me directly and kept it later from my hotel in Ponta Delgada. The car was nice as well. Thanks for comfortable experience and nice service

We had an exceptional experience with this car rental company! We walked in just before closing and were warmly welcomed by the staff. Despite the late hour, they were professional, super friendly, and incredibly accommodating. We were thrilled to get a great car at a discounted rate, which made our trip even better. Meeting the owner was a pleasant surprise; they were as friendly and helpful as the rest of the team. What truly set this company apart was their flexibility in allowing us to return the car at the airport, even though they don't have an office there. This convenience saved us a lot of time and hassle. Overall, our car rental experience was outstanding, and we highly recommend this company for their excellent service and customer care!

First of all we were stuck in one of the fishermen villages on the far side of the island with no connections and rentals in the vicinity, called them, Rafel picked up and offered to bring the car out to us at a modest extra cost. Secondly, the service was honest, friendly and fair throughout, no surprises no extra charges. Lastly we were stranded again on the last leg of our trip back to PontaDelgada at the end of our journey, once more they offered help. Raphael and his crew were amazing. A really great atmosphere. Normally renting cars is like pulling teeth, but this was a great experience and will definitely rent again with you guys! Thank you

Very positive experience. Had read a lot of awful reviews about car hire companies in Sao Miguel (not returning deposits etc.), especially those operating near the airport. Decided to look for a company close to the hotel where we would be staying and came across Sucessorent Ida. Rafael was really helpful and dropped the car at the hotel and collected it on our last day. We bought the extra insurance package to cover all risks. All in all, a friendly and stress-free car rental experience!

I've rented a car on vacations multiple times but so far have best experience with successo. They have best prices on island that's for sure, cars are new and clean in great condition. Another great thing about them is service, there is no problem with anything, they pick me up from hotel (Pestana Bahia Praia) and took to their office where I could choose a car and pay, no need to use akward web-apps and prepay before you see the car, I just called them and get all of the details before payment. I could drop off a Car at hotel aswell and that's all FREE OF CHARGE, while other rentals charge additionally ~50$ for that, also they gave me 6 hours for free in last day! Great experience, stress free rental, no additionally costs, fast and easy :)
