Totalmente insatisfeito,aluguei uma viatura com danos exteriores,fiquei apeado devido a ligacao da viatura estar desapertada,tapetes que nao sao compativeis com a viatura e ainda me exigem dinheiro para colocar novos. O momento da entrega da viatura ao cliente,nao explicam nada e so despachar o cliente. Pessima empresa para aluguer de viaturas. E publicidade enganosa!!!
Totally dissatisfied, I rented a vehicle with exterior damage, I was left dismounted due to the connection of the vehicle being loose, floor mats that are not compatible with the vehicle and they still require money to install new ones. When the vehicle is delivered to the customer, they don't explain anything, they just send the customer off. Terrible company for car rental. And false advertising!!!

O Servico e cada vez pior e nao ha seguimento. Faz oito anos que tenho renting como a Kinto. Ja nao ha contacto pessoal, respostas lentas e pouco compreensivas. Se esconden detras do sistema informatico. Nao vou fazer um novo contrato quando vence ao inicio do ano 2025.
The service is getting worse and there is no follow-up. I have been renting as Kinto for eight years. There is no longer personal contact, slow and incomprehensible responses. They hide behind the computer system. I will not sign a new contract when it expires at the beginning of 2025.
A Kinto Portugal celebra contratos de renting para as viaturas estarem guardadas em garagens e nao para o exercicio da actividade para a qual sao contratadas. Nao podem ter beliscaduras de uma utilizacao normal . Os recondecionamentos na enttrega da viatura sao feitos por entidades que lhes pedem para serem o mais municioso, verificar com lupa todos os detalhes da viatura. Quando apresentam os danos nao legiveis no manual do recondecionamento e se questiona o valor apresentado, apenas respondem de acordo com os criterios de avaliacao da entidade externa. Quando se aceita o valor dos danos causados verificados pelo locatario e se pede a devolucao dos salvados ( no caso em concreto, frizo e grelha de protecao de radiador e para choques frontal, dizem que a viatura apos entrega nao pode ser mais vista. A duvida que se coloca, foi teita a substituicao das pecas danificadas ou e mais uma forma de roubarem uns euros aos clientes? Tenham muito cuidado ao fazerem um renting com esta empresa, e de ler todas as letras do contrato e manuais de utilizacao.
Kinto Portugal enters into rental contracts for vehicles to be stored in garages and not to carry out the activity for which they are contracted. There must be no pinches from normal use. Refurbishments upon delivery of the vehicle are carried out by entities that ask them to be as careful as possible, checking all the details of the vehicle with a magnifying glass. When they present damage that is not legible in the reconditioning manual and the value presented is questioned, they only respond in accordance with the evaluation criteria of the external entity. When the value of the damage caused by the renter is accepted and the salvage items are requested to be returned (in this specific case, the radiator grille and protective grille and front bumper, they say that the vehicle after delivery cannot be seen again. The doubt What's to be said, was the damaged parts replaced or is it just another way of stealing a few euros from customers? Be very careful when renting with this company, you must read all the letters of the contract and user manuals.
I would rent from Kinto Porto again. Car was clean, perfect condition. Next time a bigger car because Yaris is a bit small for family of 4. Andre was a great host, at pick up and delivery.
Tenho uma viatura plugin com garantia. Tive um problema eletrico e mandaram-me entregar o carro na Midas de Vila do Conde. Ja passaram dois meses e meio, nao tenho carro nem qualquer telefonema de quem gere os temas. Assim, sem assumirem responsabilidades, e facil qualquer um estar no mercado. Comportamento vergonhoso.
I have a plug-in vehicle with warranty. I had an electrical problem and they told me to deliver the car to Midas in Vila do Conde. It's been two and a half months, I don't have a car or any phone calls from those who manage the issues. Thus, without taking responsibility, it is easy for anyone to be in the market. Disgraceful behavior.
I am a Kinto client since last August. I had an accident on 07/03 in Lisbon, when I contacted Kinto support-made by Ms. M... I informed I didn't lived in Lisbon but I was with my 2 kids and husband and they gave me the number to go the the rental car to get the replacement vehicle. The vehicle was totally different from my category, when I contacted them to fix the situation the service told me Kinto is closed now and I can't do anything for you, I discussed for 30 mins and I needed to pay extra money to have the same vehicle (older but the similar) than I contracted. My contract, In clause 6, paragraph one, says clearly: SIXTH CLAUSE REPLACEMENT VEHICLE 1. If the vehicle is immobilized for a period exceeding 4 (four) hours, KINTO will provide the CUSTOMER with a replacement vehicle (VS) of the same category as the CUSTOMER's vehicle. Tried to contact the juridical sector by all these emails of operations, contracts, and all staffs I have, and all call center. Received a call from Ms. M... and informed that in my contract says that I contracted a "pequeno familiar" from Kinto, so I asked her if Toyota Corolla, is it a "pequeno familiar" and she didn't answer, because she knows clearly, it's not, and if I rented this for the Kinto, why when I go to get the car to have a similar car for them is it an upgrade? All leasings companies around the world specifically do all efforts to have minimum discomfort to the client and support the client as much as humanly possible to assist the client. However here we found ourselves in a situation Kinto and specifically the staff from Portugal are abusing the client at very misfortunate situation of an accident where some one else had just hit the car . Not only that we have to go thru the trauma of the accident but Kinto is abusing the client and squeezing maximum to have their expenses paid by the client thought the contract clearly mentions that they will replace same category vehicle ( please not its not similar ) its same ! Our strong recommendation : Please avoid at all cost the Kinto Leasing. Its not suitable for family, SME or Corporates. The service of portugal office is incredibly unprofessional and a dirty stain to the name of Toyota. Run away, they don"t respect you!!!!!
