A loja abre as 9 e tem ate as 10 para devolver o carro. Entreguei exatamente 11h e me cobraram um dia inteiro a mais. Eu era cliente ativo da Eurocar. Nunca mais. Praticamente um esquema de golpe a ceu aberto, ao menos a de Viseu.
The store opens at 9 and you have until 10 to return the car. I delivered at exactly 11am and they charged me an entire day extra. I was an active Eurocar customer. Never again. Practically an open-air coup scheme, at least the one in Viseu.

Closing on the weekend seems impossible for this type of service! They deliver a dirty vehicle! Bad location.
Estive (melhor estou) na Europcar Rent a Car Viseu para locar um carro e seguir viagem a um novo destino para cumprir com um compromisso, minha reserva agendada para as 10h ainda nao foi efetivada, mesmo esta tendo sido executada com antecedencia. Os senhores atendentes, me ofereceram um upgrade (claro cobrando, diga-se de passagem algo que ficaria mais caro que em seu proprio site) e me fizeram esperar o que foi dito como sendo a ligacao do senhor da lavagem. E o meu compromisso em outra cidade? Alem disto, talvez pelo fato do carro ter sido locado por uma agencia intermediaria, o carro escolhido nao pode ser tomado e o similar, bem abaixo (mas claro, como dito na mesma categoria). Uma pena ter que seguir com esta avaliacao e nao mais querer me utilizar no futuro desta empresa.
I was (I'm better) at Europcar Rent a Car Viseu to rent a car and continue traveling to a new destination to fulfill an appointment, my reservation scheduled for 10am has not yet been made, even though it has been made in advance. The attendants offered me an upgrade (of course for a fee, by the way, something that would be more expensive than on their own website) and made me wait for what was said to be a call from the washing man. What about my appointment in another city? Furthermore, perhaps because the car was rented by an intermediary agency, the chosen car cannot be taken and the similar one, much lower (but of course, as said in the same category). It's a shame to have to continue with this assessment and not want to use me in the future of this company.
