Um atendimento extremamente pessimo. Apresentei todos os documentos para levantar a viatura e ao final nao podiam aceitar meu cartao, pois nao tinha o meu nome, mesmo eu provando atraves de extratos bancarios. Nao deram nenhuma opcao para que eu pudesse concluir a reserva do veiculo.
Extremely poor service. I presented all the documents to collect the vehicle and in the end they couldn't accept my card, as it didn't have my name on it, even though I could prove it through bank statements. They did not provide any option for me to complete the vehicle reservation.
